#BELARUS. YOUTH. INSPIRATION

On July 18, the republican youth train “# BELARUS. YOUTH. INSPIRATION". The project of the Ministry of Education, the Belarusian Republican Union of Youth and the Belarusian Railway brought together about a hundred guys and girls - representatives of the talented youth of our country. The GSU team includes guys who are actively involved in the life of the university and the city: Maria Yurkova, Dmitry Dreizin, Alexey Zaitsev, Oleg Lisitsky, Igor Satsukevich. The team will visit all regional cities and several regional centers along the route Vitebsk - Shklov - Mogilev - Gomel - Pinsk - Brest - Grodno - Molodechno - Minsk. Each city greets "passengers" of the youth train with a rich cultural program. In Vitebsk the guys took part in the opening ceremony of the stadium of the Vitebsk State University named after P.M. Masherov, at the opening ceremony of the youth festival “# YouthDays2020”, in the patriotic action “Belarus remembers. Remembers everyone”, etc.

One of the most important events of the day was an open dialogue within the framework of the Youth Day at the "Slavianski Bazar in Vitebsk". Guests of honor of the meeting were Minister of Education of the Republic of Belarus Igor Karpenko, deputy of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus and head of the youth train “# BELARUS. YOUTH. INSPIRATION" Sergey Syrankov, rector of VSMU, member of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus Anatoly Shchastny, First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Belarusian Republican Youth Union, member of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus Dmitry Voronyuk, director of the festival “Slavianski Bazar in Vitebsk” Gleb Lapitsky. Night parade of participants of the Republican youth train “#BELARUS. YOUTH. INSPIRATION" launched the republican youth train. The first stop is the Mogilev region. In the morning, the project participants were solemnly greeted in Shklov. The young people visited a school, a museum, an office in which Alexander Lukashenko studied and worked in his time. The patriotic action “Belarus Remembers” took place in the memorial complex “Buinichskoe Pole”. The project participants visited the Mogilev State University named after A.A. Kuleshov, where they took part in the open dialogue “Belarus: yesterday, today, tomorrow”. The end of the busy day was the evening youth program "RaZam". 

On July 20, the participants of the youth train spent in the Gomel region. A tour of the Ola memorial complex in the Svetlogorsk region was conducted for the students. This excursion did not leave anyone indifferent, everyone understands how important it is to know about the feat of their grandfathers and great-grandfathers, to remember what they did in their time for the sake of Victory, and never forget it. The next item on the rich program was a visit to the Belarusian Metallurgical Plant. During an open dialogue, young people were able to ask questions of interest to the regional administration. The end of the day was the holiday "Live Bright!" on the embankment of Gomel.

On July 21, the youth train arrived to Pinsk. Young people took part in the solemn ceremony of laying wreaths and flowers at the memorial complex "Liberators of Pinsk" as part of the action "Belarus remembers". Also they took part in an open dialogue between the leaders of the Pinsk City Executive Committee and members of the Youth Council (Parliament) at the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus, the Pinsk Youth Parliament , the participants of the youth train. They discussed strategies for the development of state youth policy in our country for 2020-2030. There was a media briefing for the team. The students took part in a round table with the leaders of the Polesie Technopark of the Polesie State University, visited the laboratories of microclonal reproduction of plants, received a master class in sports climbing, met with young creative talents of Pinsk.
