Conference with Sevastopol State University

May 5-28 Department of Theory and Methodology of Physical Training of Francisk Skorina Gomel State University co-organized the VI International Scientific and Practical Conference “The place and role of physical culture in modern society” (Sevastopol, Russia).

Welcoming words addressed to the organizers and participants of the conference were made by the head of the Department “Physical Education and Sport” of Sevastopol State University, Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor Valery Stroshkov, Dean of the Faculty of Physical Culture of Bukhara State University (Republic of Uzbekistan), Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Bahodir Mamurov, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor of the Baltic Federal University named after I. Kant (Kaliningrad, Russia) Victor Pelmenev.

The following scientific reports were announced at the plenary session:

-Natalia Aladyeva, Head of the Department of Physical Education and Sports of the Lomonosov Moscow State University branch in Sevastopol – “Problems of the monitoring system of physical development and physical fitness of students” and “Mass sports as a health resource for students in educational institutions of higher education in Russia”;

- Alexey Egorychev, Head of the Department of Physical Education of Sports, Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas (National Research University), Moscow – “Application of quantitative methods for assessing the health and physical fitness of students to assess the quality of training”;

- Nikolay Belyaev, Doctor of Biological Sciences, Professor of the Department of “Anatomy and Physiology” of the North Caucasus Federal University – “Morphofunctional state of blood cells and microbial intestinal cenosis in conditions of adaptation to muscle loads and taking a preparation of avian embryonic tissue”;

From the Faculty of Physical Culture of Francisk Skorina Gomel State University Head of the Department of Theory and Methodology of Physical Training, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor Evgeny Osipenko made a welcoming speech to the organizing committee and participants.

It is worth noting that the conference was actively attended by leading employees of the Faculty of Physical Training, undergraduates and graduate students. In addition to the scientific reports announced by the conference program, topical issues of organizing and conducting joint lectures and practical classes using software tools were discussed.
